The Plaintiff/Respondent issued out writ of summons against the Defendant/ Applicant on 29th March, 2010 claiming as follows: i. General Damages including pain and suffering, loss of amenity, loss of earning capacity and future expenses resulting from Defendant’s Negligence and/or breach of Statutory duties. - GH¢100,000.00 ii.
