RULING This application for defreezing of the account of Philip Mensah will be refused because it is too premature. The police are yet to even delve into any meaningful investigations. Exhibit “D” speaks for itself. I do not think this Court will make any orders to interfere in the investigations by the intelligence authorities. The amount sought to be defrozen, I will rather exercise my discretion and rather freeze the account to enable the agencies involved in investigations to complete their work and possibly charge Philip Mensah or come back to Court for a defreeze. Application refused.
