JUDGMENT On the 15th day of June 2012, the plaintiff instituted the present action against the defendant claiming the following reliefs: a. A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land, lying and being at Kumbe, Gomoa Fetteh and more particularly described in the statement of claim per the schedule attached thereto. b. A perpetual injunction restraining the defendant either by herself, her agents, servants, assigns, privies or any person(s) claiming through her from entering, developing, staying on or in any way dealing with the land. c. Damages for trespass. d. Recovery of the sum of GH¢6,000 being the costs of 1000 sandcrete blocks the defendant unlawfully caused to be removed from the plaintiff’s land and interest on same at the going Commercial Bank rate from 6th June, 2012 up to the date of final payment. e.
